cevansConstance Evans, Executive Director, Advertising Photographers of America and renowned Illustrator, and Orphan Works Bill Activist Brad Holland join host Scott Sheppard to explain the recent House and Senate Bill - U.S. Orphan Works Act of 2008. Constance and Brad provide insight to the impact of these bills on artists works.
