Scott Kelby, Author, Photographer, Editor and Publisher of Photoshop User Magazine, Editor-in-Chief of Layers Magazine; Editor and Publisher of Darkroom magazine, training director and instructor for the Adobe Photoshop Seminar Tour, President National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), CEO of KW Media Group, joins host Scott Sheppard LIVE at Imaging USA to talk about his latest projects including; his new book, update on KelbyTraining.com, and the upcoming Photoshop World show being held on April 2-4, 2008 in Orlando, FL.

John F. Carafoli, Internationally known, Food Consultant, Food Stylist, and Author joins host Scott Sheppard for an in-depth look at what it takes to photograph delectable images of culinary delights. He cooks, styles, creates and tests recipes, writes, and produces feature articles about food for advertisements, magazines, and books.
He has written a definitive book on the subject titled, “Food Photography and Styling” which is an excellent reference on the subject. Hear some tips and techniques he utilizes to create amazing results without extensive artificial “fake” enhancements.
Growing up in an Italian family, food has always been an important part of John’s life. He has always had an appreciation for fine food and is also an avid cook and recipe tester. His background, prior to getting into food styling, was as an Art Director and in transitioning from his visual arts training has applied many principles of art to his work with food. He lectures as well as teaches master classes in cooking and food styling at a variety of institutions, including the Boston University Seminars in the Culinary Arts, the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, and many others.
